20 month brett version. Nose comes off a bit like a Flemish Red. Caramel, cherry, light funk, a bit of vinegar. Cloudy light red color with lace. Soft, low carbonation, nicely tart, winey, brett is light be noticeable. Hibiscus is very light by now. Interesting, mildly funky beer.

20 months Aged on Brett Hibiscus Saison on tap at Tadg’s. This saison pours a brilliant reddish orange with a fruity plum & hibiscus aroma with some brett funk. Medium to full bodied with a very round mouthfeel. The taste is great, light soda bread, berries, tart, hibiscus, a bit of salt, and incredibly drinkable. A good intro sour, not challenging but tasty.
