You’ll find our IPA is a northwest style ale full of contradictions – a strong and clean flavour, with moderate bitterness and yet a soft floral aroma, displaying distinct tropical, citrus, lemon and grapefruit tones. Like our West Coast climate, our beer will leave your mouth lush and wanting more. We use Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus hops.

Goos white foam and soft brown copper body. Soft hop aroma. Flavour is mellow hops tempered by just a little malt. Dry finish. Sessionable flavour but high abv.

On tap. Pours a hazy, amber orange with a small, long lived, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, bread, pine and grapefruit. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, citrus and pine needles with a dry, bitter, hop resin finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Ok.

Bottle. Nose of caramel, pine, grapefruit, grass. Dark orange-brown, hazy, thick low head. Malty flavor, pine and grass, some caramel. Solid old school IPA.

Amber and slightly fruity, a dash of butter maybe, crackery, slightly malt-accented, but the diacetyl gets old fast.

On tap at Bridge, pours a hazy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma is on the maltier side for an IPA, with resin, wet wood and bready caramel malt. Flavour is also malty, but thankfully quite dry and hoppy as well, with piney and resinous hops, wood and bready malt. Well-balanced, leaving a woody, bitter finish. Quite nice actually - better than the average would suggest.

Hazy amber color. Dry and lean body, the malts are a bit biscuity, also lightly earthy; light resins from the hops, not much hop quality overall.
Basic and old style IPA, I prefer the v. 2.0, that one being more elegant.

Hazy dark amber color. Caramel aroma and flavor, with a just light fruity aroma; very dry mouthfeel; strong bitterness but I can't appreciate real hop qualities; there is some astringency on the final.
Not bad, a bit harsh.

Bottle - Pleasant grapefruit hops. Clear gold with a thin head. Lots of sweet malts, a bit of bitterness and then some mild earthy pine hop flavor. Finish has an acrid taste. Overall it’s not bad but the hops are a little on the back burner.

On tap. Pours a murky dark amber. Aromas of piney hops and malts. Flavors of malt and light citrus/pine. OK. Tasty session beer but otherwise a little weak.
