Keyaki. Dark copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is spicy, malty, pretty good. Taste is similar, spice, ginger, big malty body, bit of bitterness at the finish. Actually really nice. Simple but very tasty.

Tap at Hathor, 2014 version. Deep amber-orange, with a low, thick head. Malty nose or caramel, some chocolate, earthy hops and a bit of hay and citrus. Rich and malty flavor but not too sweet. Nice earthy maltiness. Raisins and plum and a bit of orange. Smooth body that shows the aging, and a quite bitter finish still. Good, would like to try it fresh as well.

On tap at Ibaraki Bakuon when most things had tapped out. A dark ruby brown with a solid malty earthy flavor. The taste is caramel with nice maltiness. Fairly smooth bodied with a tangy maltiness. Quite a decent amber. I don’t know what happened here but I don’t recall this post at all... man I drank too much...
