From bottle at Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Fruity aroma with Saison yeast, light grain, tart and light sour, modest body. Another fine Table Saison from this excellent brewery, they sure do seem to understand the style.

Tap at CBM Awajicho. First of a few very limited word and insight ratings. Apologies. Light, floral, herbal, decent fruitiness, quite grainy. Nice enough but maybe not ultra exciting.

Sampler at La Sirene event at Watering Hole. Pepper, lemon, peach esters with some light floral notes on the nose. Light and very sessionable, but surprisingly complex. Some light creaminess on the palate. Lightly spiced finish with peppercorns. Good yeast character.

Hazy blonde. Aroma is lemony, with rosewater, hibiscus, and grains of paradise. Lemony. And a touch of yeast but this is nicely lemony. Very drinkable.

Tap at Gallet. Brilliant clear gold with a tall fine head. Bready nose, some lemon, grass, spicy saison yeast, white grapes, crackers. Crisp and clean, light of course, but kicks well above its weight.

[12/14] Bottle. Very cloudy pale yellow with an immense white head. Aroma of oranges and their blossoms, lemons, barely ripe nectarines, spices, hay. Carbonation is highish, but nothing outside the box. Fruity but not that sweet with loads of citrus flavours, some nectarines, hints of tropical fruit. Didn’t get any banana. A bit of a funky yeasty twang, moderate bitterness with floral and spicy notes lingering in a dry finish. Full of life. Carelessly poured second glass looks like a bucket of sand. Don’t do that.[3.7]The same. This time I held the bottle up to the light before opening: clear, with a tiny bit of sediment adhering to the bottom of the bottle It’s still there after I pour a second glass, which again is completely opaque. It wasn’t my pour, just that a lot precipitates out after opening.Odd.Tasty though.

Pours pale straw with a large white head.Heavy banana confectionery as an aroma with some farmhouse notes as well. Pretty much straight up banana.Flavours of lemon, farmhouse yeast, some mineral notes in the exceedingly dry finish.Carbonation is much too high.
