Draft at Beer Pub Ichi Ya, Kyoto. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of herbs, spice, notes of tea and light fruits. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Tap at Gion Matsuri. Spicy nose, clove, cardamum, peaches, biscuits. A bit thin. Sweet, fruity, spicy. Decent.

On tap at Craft Beer Live 2015. I like these guys, friendly brewers who make fruit beers. There big flaw is consistency but as their set up is not much more advanced than home brewing it shouldn’t be a big surprise. Was told this was a new beer they hadn’t brewed before. Pouring a decent looking gold with a medium body. It has a very lovely cinnamon spice flavor with graham maltiness.
