Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear rosé with a transient head that seemed pinkish. Aroma of pomegranate with a floral/hibiscus note. Arguably med body. Moderately tart sour. Flavor is mostly pomegranate, but hibiscus is discernible. Quite approachable.

Fairly hazy orange and copper coloured body with a thick, five to six centiemtre tall off-white head that rises large and then fades fairly quickly, finishing at around a centimetre tall over the beer that stays firm and leaves an ugly, oily lace on the sides. Aroma of soured, tart cherries with a lot of dryness from malt, but the fruits obviously drive this without any real maltiness noticeable nor any sweetness - this is a dry, easy-drinking, wheatie tart cherry beer. Light-bodied; Strong tart and soured cherry notes dominate here with a lot of dry funk and yeast qualities with a little floral twang and some bready notes with a touch of sugars at the end, but this is fairly mild throughout. Aftertaste is cherry-focused with the tartness and slight sweetness coming through with a minor dose of sugars and a hint of bretty and lactobilly notes from the yeast at the end. Overall, a pretty mild and subdued, but tart, floral and slightly rustic finish with the cherries front and centre here without much else - absolutely no hops and not much malt either. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Trader Joe's in Bend, Oregon on 29-March-2021 for US$3,00 sampled as beer [lucky] number seven, on the 7th day of my advent calendar, at my house here in Washington on 07-December-2021.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber orange with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of hibiscus with a good amount of tart pomegranate and some sweet wheat underlying. Flavor starts with sweet wheat and hibiscus with a tart pomegranate note that grows through the finish.

Bottle shared by Pinkzambia slightly hazy light pink. Dry and clean Berlinner but the raspberry flavor was a bit medicinally and chemically. Just OK

Have had this many times on tap and from bottle. Pours out a pinkish color topped with a small pink head. Nose is very nice the hibiscus pomegranate is very present along with a nice tartness. Taste is great plenty of the pucker tartness hibiscus and pomegranate. Very nice and refreshing with a nice tart pucker.

22oz bottle shared by Ben. Unfiltered tan-amber body. Creamy, steady head. Awesome fruit tones, the hibiscus and pomegranate are a great combination. Big cheesy lacto tones. Awesome champagne carbonation, delicate and cloudy. Real big fruity tones. Excellent.

Bottle. Pink-salmon color, cloudy, with a fine, high head. Nose of grapefruit, hibiscus. Soft fruit flavors, sweet at first, then lacto sour. Fine fizz. Nicely tart with good fruit and high drinkability.

Bend brewing a pomegranate & hibiscus sour. A soft light gold with a pinkish tinge. Prickly pear/guava/guanabana fruity nose - fantastic nose. Tart, soft, wheaty, woodsy, fruity pomegranate. Great stuff.
