Tap at JBC. Halfway between US and Belgium. Heavy spicing and herbal, but light booziness. Lemongrass? Quite tasty. Little bit of creaminess. Got the end of the keg. Want to try this again.

Pours orange or light dirty copper. decent belgian farmhouse yeast aroma, spicy and a bit raw. Sweetness and funk, not too much funk though. Taste is nice light bitter, Belgian yeast rules, quite well executed saison actually. Aftertaste is try, slightly tannic and herbal. pleasantly so. Decent and drinkable saison, not overly complex and does exactly what I want it to do.

Frothy white head. Hazy golden color. Wow, super yeasty nose, with sweet maltiness. The yeast is shining in the nose. This is in super good condition. The Belgian yeast is so pronounced the mouth is actually fairly dry and smooth with modest hoppiness. My pet peeve is overly sweet US "saisons" and this is actually much much better and one of the better saisons in Japan. Dry funky yeast finish. Love it

22 IBUs according to the menu at Molto. Pale opaque gold with a thick head of foam. The aroma is spicy wheat with white pepper accents. Medium to light bodied with a fairly smooth mouthfeel. The taste has lots of cloves and for me brings to mind a weizen. So much so that I almost suspect I was served the wrong beer! A nice beer but definitely not to style in my book.

Tap at Marciero. Glowing cloudy gold with lace. Nose of citrus, yeast, a bit spicy. Peaches. Sweet, malty, yeasty flavor. Biscuits, wheat. A bit heavy and full. More of an American heavy sweet saison, but not bad.
