[ As Pfefferbräu Hefeweizen ].Unclear - hazy medium golden orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet fruit, wheat, fruity, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, light banana. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160416] 5-3-6-3-12

Draft at the brewpub. Pours cloudy dull blonde with a white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and light herbs. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught. Hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma is fruity wheat. Flavour is sour fruit, caramel malt and a a little spice and clove in the finish. Seeetish sticky palate.

(Draught at Pfefferbräu, Berlin, 25 July 2014) Hazy amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of apricots, banana, bread and clove. Malty, fruity, wheaty taste with bread, apricots, toast, banana and clove. Medium body, with balanced sweetness and a fairly low bitterness. Well made hefeweizen. Quite nice.
