0,5l from tap in Berchtesgaden. Amber murky color, small white head. Smells cloves, spices, banana, earthy, bit peppery. Nice smell. Medium body, rather smooth carbonation. Tastes cloves, banana, earthy, spices, peppery, tobacco, light bubblegum. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of cloves, banana and tobacco notes. good stuff

Had this at Hofbräuhaus Traunstein (the brewery tap) Traunstein Saturday 2nd July 2022 on a 52km Waging am See Traunstein loop. This stop came after a hilly and at times slightly demanding section between Teisendorf and Traunstein, with the section between Spöck and Lacken a real uphill slog. Pours orange gold, with the usual wheaty haze and large foamy white head. Mid table effort in terms of the banana and clove on display here, but it all hangs together quite nicely.

Appearance: cloudy gold with a large white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma and taste: moderate banana, wheat bread, light clove, overripe apples. Light sweet, low to light bitterness. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: decent weizen.

Bottle. Golden color. Canned peach and wheat in the aroma. Wheaty flavor with banana, citrus and some yeasty notes. Drinkable weizen.

On tap at The Globe, pours a cloudy orangey blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of banana, esters, and a little clove. Flavour is well-made, with banana, clove, and some cotton candy. Estery but in a proper way. This style is lost on me. Meh.

Bottled 500ml. -from Ecuga.com. Unclear golden coloured, big white head, wheat and whiff of spices in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, yeasty and touch of spices with mild fruity notes in the finish. Subdued banana as well.
