Draught at Dig. Malty, fruity nose, with mikan but not overpowering, chocolate, grass, oranges, honey. Complex and interesting. Dry and complex flavors, with nice malts and a mikan flavor that is unintrusive and goes well with the heller bock profile. Hard to image a fruit bock working, but it does.

As part of a tasting set at Dig Bar. An opaque orange gold with a lovely mikan mandarin aroma. Great tart mikan with a solid malt biscuity quality - tasty stuff. The best of the three Baird beers I had tonight.
