Deep dark copper amber with a rich beige head. Soured plums and light funk. Sweet and sour raisin and dark plum with a long finish. Pleasant.

Tap at Japan Brewers Cup. Aroma is saison yeastiness, light spice. Taste is good. Bon voeux like. Bublegum, fruity. Good stuff. Seems like I'm in the majority in liking this.

Bottle share @ Hanson's. Hazy yellow pour with some white foam on top. Nose is spicy, sweetish. tastes smooth. Classical saison with a nice balance there. Sweetish and malty, also has a good yeast character. No funk really but works well still. Tasty.

2015 vintage shared at an Asahiya Event. Beautiful clear blonde n color with a spicy aroma. The taste is very well defined coriander but it is not overpowering. Quite drinkable.

Tap at Watering Hole. Pours a mostly clear copper with almost no head. Light herbal and clove driven aromas. Low carbonation with a medium body. ABV is well hidden. Lots of caramel and sweet malt. Not my kind of beer and feels more like a Belgian strong ale, but pretty unique in Japan I have to say. Interested to see how different the bottle is as well. --- Beer merged from original tick of Super Saison (Saison de Noël) on 11 May 2016 at 19:30 - Score: 6. Original review text: Light herbal and clove notes. Light Amber color. Hides abv well. Low carb. Caramel sweetness. Meh.

Bottle - Plum, hay and some spice. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Plum, some dried fruit and spice. Not bad, but not particularly interesting.

750 ml bottle at Asahiya. Lemony hop nose, somewhat reminiscent of Dupont. Spicy yeast, bread, apples. Cloudy amber-orange color. Estery Belgian yeast flavor, spicy, caramel, peaches, lemon, lemon, apple cider. Thick and oily.
