Tap at Blue Magic. Amber coloured. Light sweetness in aroma, fruit, strawberry, hint of citrus, lightly herbal, grain, bit of booze! Taste is nice, more creamy, little bit of spice, nice and fruity. Juicy and tropical, mango, bit of grapefruit. Bit of bitterness. Good stuff. My favourite beer from Coedo including all of their previous collaborations.

Pours amber with a massive mousse-like head.Herbal and floral aroma along with a little lemon and spicy, clove-like phenols. Very light and refreshing.Light flavours hinting at honey, floral hops and Belgian spicy yeast notes. Very refreshing and easy-drinking stuff.Incredibly light body that works well with the flavours.

Growler. Brownish amber with a large off-white head. Aroma of mandarins, ruby grapefruit, a little dough, pepper, some tropical fruit. Light bodied. A little peachy sweetness, slight toffee, a melange of juicy and zesty citrus flavours. Tiny bit of tartness (no more tangy than a decent wit really), low bitterness. A little bit empty but very refreshing.

Tap at Keg Nagoya. Nice saison nose—spicy yeast, earthy, light caramel, cherry, oranges. Rather complex. Cloudy amber-orange color with a low head. Flavors of earthy caramel, spicy yeast, nice balance. Clean and light. Very quaffable.

dark amber brown color. The yeast is very pronounced with minimal hop and malt character in the nose. The mouth is light, slightly tart, but lacking a bit of Brett and funk. It’s kinda like pulling a punch at karate practice. The finish is very dry with a bit of clove. Extremely drinkable, but not the most authentic Saison. Still the drink ability makes this a good beer.

The Luc Bim Lafontaine (ex-Dieu du Ciel) & Coedo collaboration a 4% saison. On tap at Bungalow, it pours an opaque honey amber with a foamy light beige head - good lacing. Nice c-hop bouquet with a malty tang. A smooth medium bodied beer, that gives me grapefruit, citrus pith, peach, biscuit, mild caramel & a tangy finish with a tropical fruit aftertaste. Tasty stuff though it doesn’t scream saison at first, it whispers it. Funky saison flavors are slowly revealed as you drink it giving you more spicy funky light barnyard Belgian notes. Really easy to drink, fairly complex & I love that 4% sessionable aspect to it.
