Draft at Good Bar, Seattle on 16th August 2025. Bright, clean and clear light golden body, snow white crown. Typical crisp Kolsch with subtle maltiness below a mild hop bitterness. Refreshing and easy to quaff.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear, light bright gold with a slight white head. Aroma is bready with citrus/floral support. Near med body. Flavor has a bit of bitter zing - otherwise like the aroma. Crisp/clean/dry.

On tap at the taproom. Clear golden with white head. Malty, bit bready, sweetish. Light bodied.
Nice stuff. Soft and wheaty.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is bready sweet malt, grainy. Pours clear golden with a one finger bone white head that falls into a skiff and ring of foam pretty quickly. Taste is moderately sweet with light hop bitterness. Great creamy mouthfeel. I’ll never be a big fan of the Kolsch style, but if someone forced me to drink one at gunpoint, I’d probably pick this.

Draft at Hill's. Pale golden, with small creamy head. Heady, grainy aroma. Taste is big and full, bready, crisp, nice bite at the finish. Smooth. Right on style and very well done.

Draught. Gold pour with white head. Superb! Light hop aroma with a malt body. Well balanced. Smooth finish. Worth seeking out. I'm going with a growler to get more.

Draft pour pint ay Hop and Hound. Surprised to see I haven't had this one. Top 50 Kolsch, which is awesome. Go WA brewers! A very light pale golden pour. Plenty of straw aroma, and clean. Dry flavor, but remains refreshing. Crisp, cracker and straw grains. In that order. Enjoyed this one. Solid kolsch.
