This dry hopped American Pale Ale was created with our friends from the Vibrant Forest Brewery in Lymington, on the southern edge of the new forest national park.

A fusion of Summit, Citra and Chinook hops, it was carefully crafted and naturally bottle conditioned to invigorate the senses with grapefruit, lime and mango flavours.

Can from the Bison Beer Shop in Brighton. Smooth and intense floral nose. The beer starts nice dry and fruity. Smooth with a nice but moderate bitterness. Refreshing fruity, mild bitterness, floral and piney hops. Nice and easy to drink stuff!

Bottle from Bison Beer, Brighton. As โ€™See Pride APAโ€™, Hazy golden/amber pour with a wispy white head. Aromas of peach, peppery spice and tangerine. Flavours of bitter citrus, grassy hop and a whisper of pineapple. Bitter fruit finish. Quite nice.

Bottle from Bison Beer, Brighton. It pours murky dark orange - brown with a tiny white head. The nose is bitter - sweet, earthy, sweet orange, papaya, watermelon, lime, damp wood and some peppery spice. The taste is bitter, earthy, pine, resin, wet leaf, stewed orange and tangerine peel with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. I like aspects of this beer, but itโ€™s Not quite there yet. I bit like home brew (but not bad homebrew).

Bottle that Loz picked up for me from the Bison Beer Shop, Brighton, when down there with her mum and sister a fortnight ago. Consumed at home Sunday, 26th April 2015 Murky orange/light amber with lacy head, a bit of key lime pie and malt on the nose. Impressively full flavoured and punches above its weight for a 5% beer. A little stinging, buzzy, pithy citrus rasps the tongue, initially sweet but soon sweetness shows. Just a touch of finesse lacking at times, but a few rough edges adds character. Itโ€™s really nice.
