Tap at the brewpub. Pretty sure this one was 5%. Dark muddy brown, fine white head. Fruity, somewhat spicy nose. Nice melon flavor, sweet but finishes dry. A bit spicy, with caramel and some extract-like roughness. Nice though.

At the Tingara brewpub, it poured a golden brown color with nice foam and great lacing. The aroma has a mild melon fruitiness. The taste was great, sweet, balanced & crazily drinkable. The sampler disappeared quickly. My wife liked this one the best out of the tasting set(ginger, coffee stout, melon ale and Omi Komugi Ale). It’s a nice mild ale with a good melon flavor mid-palate. Nicely done.
