On tap at the brewpub, Vilnius. Very dark brown, bordering on black. Chocolate malt scent, hints of cinnamon, plum, cough drop. The taste however is really bland. Quite sweet, yet doesn’t really go anywhere. The short finish ensures that it’s gone before you’ve really got your head around it. Just ok really.

Draught. Dark brown colour, quickly diminishing head, good lacing. Aroma is hay, with something unusual and herbal in the finish (I don’t think it’s hops). Light bitterness, not sweet, not sour. Medium carbonation. Overall - good.

25cl on tap at the brewpub. Pretty clear brown with a reddish hue and a small, off-white head. Mild malty aroma with hints of roasted malt and dark fruits. Medium sweet with weak, but fairly pleasant flavours and a light bitterness. Slightly watery, but quite drinkable.

Dark nut brown color, steady good off-white head. Light caramelly-toasted aroma. Light body. Flavor has toasted rye bread, ash, wort and caramel. Crisp carbonation. Very standard brewpub dark lager.

Medium beige head. Deep reddish amber body. Fruity sugary aroma with fruity honey and mealy paper notes. Dry-sweetish mealy papery fruity taste with grassy herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy grassy aftertaste with papery resiny notes. It’s OK, but not very impressive. (0.33l draft at brewpub.)
