Tap at Pub Edo. Cloudy blond colour, white bubbly head. Aroma is creamy with only a touch of the usual banoffee, coriander maybe and lots of wheat. Taste is similar, creaminess but not so much banana, solid wheaty backbone. Ice cream sweetness, pretty nice. Sits somewhere between a Belgian and German white, but with added creaminess. Very nice.

Hazy yellow color. Lovely nose of orange peel, but the brewer told me it all comes from hops and malts and nothing else is added. He said this is a slightly improved version that came out in 2013. The mouth is smooth, slightly sweet with lovely orange peel character. Considerable amount of hops but not over the top. Lovely. Another home run from Fujizakura

I had this on tap at Bungalow and a bottle at home. A beautiful weizen look with great banana, cloves & spice aroma. Thick fluffy head of foam, a nice white beer flavor, sweet grassy malt base with an estery/mild spic finish. Very nice. On tap more citrus in the aroma I think...

Draught at Tenma. Citrus hops and wheat nose, estery, bread. Nice citra presence. Bready, fruity flavor with citrus and spice. Very interesting. Does somehow start to approach a Belgian Wit, though it is clearly still a hefeweizen. Very nice twist on their great beer, though not quite a pleasing as the regular.
