This is a rich malty beer with a kick. It had a nice golden color with a light carbonation. It has a lot of flavor and is a solid double but I felt that it wasn’t as complex as most belgian doubles I have had.

Draught at Tadgs. Cloudy blond. Clearly not a traditional double. Yeasty, malty nose, stewed stone fruits, grass, honey, some citrus. Sweet fruit flavor, honey, grass, and earth. Slightly saison-like, though sweeter, nd a dry enough finish. Very good.
