On tap at A Factory. Clear. Bubbly. Sweet, pretty nice apple character. Ok, not so bad.

720 ml bottle. Tart apple nose, a but of funk, some minerals and slightly over-ripe apple too. Pale gold with pinkish tints. No head. Refreshing flavor, ripe tart apple, apple soda, not at all complex or sophisticated, but not bad either. Rather fizzy. Decent without being inspiring in any way. At least it’s not too sweet. Rather tangy, actually. With a dryish finish.

Clear. Very active head. Decent aroma. Green apples, slightly bitter, sweet. Thin, well-carbonated body. Flavor is green apple, slightly fruity bitterness, and a lingering dry apple finish. Meh, it’s interesting, but sorta just there.
