This delightful brew is a medium-bodied pale ale that is balanced to perfection. It has a fresh hop aroma and a mild sweetness that finishes crisp and clean. This pale ale is brewed in the American style using two Northwest hop varieties, Centennial and Columbus. The fresh hop flavor is balanced with 2-row Pale and Crystal malts

Bottle. Poured a cloudy copper color with a small white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is caramel, floral hops, and sweet fruit. The taste is a smooth sweet hop with a malt finish. A good session beer easy to drink a great pale ale from full sail.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a nice beige head. The aroma is on the hoppy side, with citrus being the most evident, but also some pine and resin, grapefruit, and some malty tones. Citrusy flavor with a pleasant malty sweetness, and a decent bitterness. Medium body. It has a long, citrusy finish with pineapple, resin and some sugary notes. A nice, refreshing, easy to drink beer. (080305)

12oz bottle-pours a dissipating light tan head and amber color. Aroma is mild medium malt-caramel, faint hops. Taste is medium malt-caramel, secondary faint hops with a touch of earthy/slightly metallic bittering hops, slight diacytl. Light/medium body. Decent beer but a bit lacking for the style. Thanks to Wasatch.

My label looks different than is what’s pictured here. Aroma of the permanent treatment my mom used to use to get curls in her hair. No gunlk on the bottom of this bottle, must be filtered. Initial taste lacks the character of a hoppy ale. Rather well behaved, much like a decent lager. Good manners. Friendly for the most part. Much less in the bitter arena compared to most APAs. Does not have the medicinal hop bitter linger that is so common with most pale ales, gentlemanlike and easy to drink for the most part. Finish is somewhat like a fine lager, quite acceptable!

Bottle. Poured pale copper with thin white head. Lemony piney aroma, but fairly faint. A little bitter, with something unpleasant in it that I can’t place. A sweetish and hoppy finish with more pine. It’s everywhere around hiere, and I’m glad I tried it, but I wouldn’t go looking for it.
