Aroma of lime, sour dough bread, citrus, a little bit of tropical fruits as well. Taste is sweet, sour, only slightly bitter and very round.

33cl Bottle at some hip veggie restaurant in Cascais. Hazy golden orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, orange. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, orange, citrus, light spicy, yeast, hint of plastic, bitter finish. Light bodied, a bit fizzy. Decent but not exciting.

AROMA: predominant medium hop aroma with notes of pine, green mango and slight canteloup melon. low and slightly sweet neutral malt background. APPEARANCE: dark orange color and hazy. medium ivory head with good retention. TASTE: medium-low hop flavor with notes of pine and resin, followed by a medium-low neutral malt background with rye notes of the same intensity. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: a regular rye IPA that would benefit from a more complex hop aroma and flavor.
