Coruja American Amber Lager. Think about it while you're drinking. To articulate 3 foreign words is in the limit of the reasonable. Some say just the redhead. That without being an intellectual is given to certain complexities: the harmonious affinity between the caramel and the toasted malt the 100% natural ingredients and the challenging spirit of Dry Hopping - the late add of the hops, which gives it more aroma. One more freshness actually.

0.33 l bottle. Pours copper with white head. Pretty average lager, bittersweet notes characterise its taste and aroma. Although it has no really promounced notes it’s not bad by far, but pretty dull.

Bottle 33cl. from a Pingo Doce supermarket, Setubal poured into a shaker @Olivera de Sao Felipe. Clear medium amber colour, good frothy off-white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma pale malts, lemon, stone fruit, peach, light pine. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, lemon, stone fruit, peach, pine resin, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry rather fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, nice.
