Grisette Blanche Bio belongs to the rich family of Belgian white beers. It is therefore very refreshing in summer. However, it remains a fullbodied, savoury beer offering lots of contrast. Its head is typical of wheaty beers – creamy and compact – with an opaque, hazy appearance. Respecting traditional methods, Grisette Blanche, in bottle, is now certified organic.

A sample at the Croatian Homebrew Competition School for Judges. Unclear golden, small to medium diminishing off-white head. Aroma is fruity and estery at first, lemon, coriander, tart apricot, tart apple. Soft floral notes, chamomile. Soft spices, black pepper, orange zest. Light malts. Flavour is soft banana, soft cloves, lemon and orange zest, slightly too sweet, candy. Soft tartness, slightly lemony and lactic. Moderate carbonation. Dry finish.

Bottled. Clearish paaale yellow-golden body, off-white head. Pungent sweet fruity aroma, bit sugary and perfumey, bit peachy, coriander. Tart perfumey stone fruit taste, citric. Odd, not bad, weird style-wise.

Bottled 250ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized creamy white head, yeast and coriander in the nose. Earthy, yeasty, notes of coriander and some vegetal touch in the finish. Strong carbonation.

Аромат сразу очень крутой и прямо Бельгийский классичсекий вит. Есть сразу много пряностей, конечно на первом плане кориандер а как будто есть что то еще типа гвоздики, а также сама пшеничка с цитрусовами нотками. Цвет бледно белый, пенка неплохая и стойкая. Вкус тоже офигенный для питкого пива. Много ароматов специй, кориандер прямо на месте, при этом горячи нету противной. Пшеничка и лимонные нотки на месте с мякотью прям. Все сбалансированно. Послевкусие пшеничное и цитрусовое, намеки на травы, но без горчинки. В Целом один из лучших витов.

Fles gekocht in Hilvarenbeek. Goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag die meteen wegtrekt. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is zoet en moutig maar toch waterig. Weinig nasmaak.

Smell-weak wheat, banana, yeast. Foam-thin, yeast, banana, faint malt, faint citrus. Head is huge, white in color. Sticks. Appearance- beer-specific bottle cap, simple label. Clear yellow color, medium carbonation. From - pint. Taste - weak citrus, banana, yeast, weak bitter tones. Nice decent what beer.

Bottle from Low Cost Beer. Appearance - pale yellow with a very light haze. Thin, snow white head. Nose - lemon, banana, chantilly cream. Taste - lemon, creamy yoghurt banana and white pepper. Palate - light bodied and refreshing. Overall - good.
