Grisette Blanche Bio belongs to the rich family of Belgian white beers. It is therefore very refreshing in summer. However, it remains a fullbodied, savoury beer offering lots of contrast. Its head is typical of wheaty beers – creamy and compact – with an opaque, hazy appearance. Respecting traditional methods, Grisette Blanche, in bottle, is now certified organic.

Hazy beer, white head. Zesty smell with bread and banana. It feels lively up front with a bit of tangy lemon, then more banana and hop and a little spice in the finish which is nice. Not spectacular but a perfectly solid witbier.

Bottle. Cloudy pale orange with a white head. A: Lots of orange peel, wheaty dough, some spices. 6+ Sweetish with citrus and more coriander than suggested by the aroma. Little if any bitterness but fairly dry at the end. Only a hint of that twang that redeems the better wits. OK.

A light yellow and murky beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has typical elements, fresh wheat, lemon and coriander. Taste has wheat, quite strong spicyness of coriander, less lemon. Medium bodied. Typical witbier but a good one.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, white head. Coriander, citrus peels, wheat, grains, rather dry, a bit sweetish, well-carbonated. Decent and refreshing.
