Grisette Blanche Bio belongs to the rich family of Belgian white beers. It is therefore very refreshing in summer. However, it remains a fullbodied, savoury beer offering lots of contrast. Its head is typical of wheaty beers – creamy and compact – with an opaque, hazy appearance. Respecting traditional methods, Grisette Blanche, in bottle, is now certified organic.

Clear pale pour with a fine white top. Ok intensity in the aroma. Some citric notes. Balanced sweetness and a mild acidity. Ok lasting end. Wheat, mild citric, some yeast and some coriander. Fine refreshing beer.

Slight haze. The nose has a fair bit of coriander, and it's a bit yeasty. On the palate, a light wheaty note, yeast, again a bit of coriander. So much more wit than grisette. Ok wit - I personally like them sweeter but for more of a drier version this works.

Bottle, big fluffy bubbly head, hazy yellow color, wheaty yeasty waffle aroma, flavor of wheat, waffle, vanila with an empathic lemon fruity sourness. Really nice and enjoyable.

250mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull copper golden with a large white head. Nose brings out a very effervescent Belgian yeast character upfront, with a touch of coriander and citrus. Flavour is spicy and crisp, with notes of coriander and champagne-like Belgian yeast upfront, and a touch of citrus further back. Medium-high carbonation, with a very nicely spicy palate. A top tier wit.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig, waterig en scherp.

250 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with moderate head and lot of carbonation. Aromas of bright floral coriander, a little citrus and soft wheat. Flavors follow same, a little more floral, with Belgian yeastiness and a bit of white pepper. Light mouthfeel with nice soft carbonation. Refreshing. Could go through a lot of this in the summer.

Közepe, nem túl tartós hab, szőke szín. Illata citrusos, búzás, banános. Enyhén savanykás, citrusos, búzás ízvilág, halvány banános és pici korianderes aromákkal. Könnyed, pezsgősen szénsavas, alig kesernyés. Ennél azért ittam már jobbakat is.

25cl bottle from Beer52.com. A hazy straw coloured pour with a billowing white head and plenty of carbonation; aroma of yeast and a touch of banana; creamy in the mouth with a lemon soda taste; then a pleasantly bitter fruity finish with an unusal blend of lemon and banana.
