Drinking it yesterday at the draft, in the bar/restaurant spa of Lavey, during the afternoon, standard and classical spezial or pils on the Swiss way, malty, rather smooth and bready for the style with a classical bitterness for the pils, medium body, I drank a couple of times at Boncourt during some basket-ball games with few but crazy atmosphere.

Old rating - 330ml bottle in Lausanne, pours golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of grain, grass & hops. Moderate body. Light bitter finish

Bunch of these bottles in Luzern. Clear gold with some white head. Nose has malt and yeast, a little noble hop kick. Flavor is well balanced and the hops come through a little peppery. Dry with a little bite. Decent enough.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, grasig hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht getreidig, grasig hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Flesje gedronken op terras in Lugano. Goudgeel helder bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Aroma van vers gemaaid gras. Smaak van mout en licht hoppig. Nasmaak is iets bitter met een beetje pit maar wel snel weg.
