Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lime pith, underripe pineapple and grass. Flavour of grapefruit and fresh lime. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft fizz. Clean and bright.

Keg at Waterloo Tap, 08/12/16. Loses on aroma - not much to speak of. Slightly sweet and floral. A hazy gold. Creamy white head, even if it was not that thick. Initially a tad sweet before some bitterness comes through. Hops and honey. Well balanced - I am not that bothered if the hops don’t knock me out. Creamy body, with a semi-dry finish. The sweetness then rises over the top. Refreshing. Interesting. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Arcade Beers, Huddersfield. Hazy orange. Grey tinged, Kernel head. Nose has very juicy, pithy, citrus hop. Some peach skin. Some pine. Vanilla. Mandarin. Some caramel, according to the missus. All that. Smells a lot like the Punk I’ve just had, but softer and sweeter. Taste is zest oil, pithy bitter. Some mineral. Mouthfeel matches the juiciness. Fairly long, zesty bitter finish. Very nice.

Very hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a mild minerally crispness. Light malts, a touch of sweetness. Mild floralness in to equally mild candy fruits. Modest citric pith and then brighter lemon - lime. Candy fruits return before a fairly dry light finish. Interesting pale ale and nice to try this new hop.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from the brewery. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, white head. Bready pale notes in the aroma, hints of earth, ripening citrus, biscuits, white grape. Medium sweet flavor, with more pale bread, some crackers, honey, melon, tangerine, grain husk, faint grass. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with some grassy and earthy bitterness, pale malt sweetness, more melon, rindy orange, hints of peach and mango. The bitterness is pretty assertive, but it’s not too much. Lots of dynamic fruit character is wrung from the hops. Great stuff overall.
