Tap at the Brew Lab. Aroma is fresh! Lemon, bit of sweetness, fruity, citrus, nice. Taste is similar, uncomplicated, citrus and light tropical fruit. Biscuity malt. Easy drinking. Does the job!

Hitachino Fresh cascade 4.7% On tap at CBB. Last of the keg, a beautiful clear gold with a thick foamy white head. A peppery green aroma, the taste is bready, green, spicy noble hop like not really cascade but tasty. I’m guessing it’s a crop of domestically grown Cascade...
