Draught at Dispensary, Whisk(e)y and Beer, Copenhagen. Hazy, copper colour with a thin white head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, oaked notes, funky and barnyard. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes lasting tart fruity with lemons and wooden notes. Vinegar. Excellent, highly drinkable Lambiek.

Tap. Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Orange gold. Slightly murky. Thin, dense, white foam. Nose has cut oak. Some preserved lemon. Soft, cheesy funk. A bit sweaty and grubby. Taste is tart and fruity sour. Clean mouthfeel. Some astringency. Funky and tart fruitiness to finish. Great stuff.

On tap @ Bells & Whistles. Hazy, amber, frothy head. Leathery rich aroma with horseblanket. Super leathery horseblanket. Moderate tartness. Dry finish. Really like this one.

On tap at Carwyn Cellars. Pours orange. Grapefruit, biscuit, toast, orange, floral, tart, rosewater, intriguing perfumed finish, an umami salinity. Complex, fizzy and tart. Delicious.

Tap at moeder. Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is sour, funky, fruits. Flavor is sour, fruity, funky, some vinegar. Finish is fruity and dry. Overall: very good

Tap @Ma Che Siete (Rome). Dark golden and cloudy pour, medium white foam quite compact and persistent. Nose: lime, hints of yasmine, Mediterranean herbs. Mouth is softly acetic, easy, dry.
