Fat på Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Varmrosa färg med lite krämig skumpuck. Mjuk och krämig i munnen för att vara en lambic. Bärig med massor av syrliga och söta saftiga hallon. Mycket mycket gott.

Cask. Moeder Lambic Original. Colour of raspberry jelly. Medium haze. Dense, foamy, lasting, dirty pink head. Nose has Autumn raspberry. Raspberry jelly. Soft, cheesy funk. Taste is sticky and sweet, with an earthy, raspberry pip, sour bitterness. Soft and foamy on the palate. Fairly cleansing, but with low acidity. Tart, fruity sourness to finish. Highlights a ripe and tangy raspberry so well.

Cask @ Moeder Lambic Fontaines, Brussels. Smooth, funky and sourish with loads of raspberries, some tartness, earthiness and farmyardy notes. Pretty well balanced and tasty, quite smooth compared to the regular Rose de Gambrinus.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas. A slightly hazy purple beer with a mid-sized most good lasting purple head. Aroma of fresh mild sweet cherries, tart cherries, lactic fruits. Taste of tart cherries, lactic fruits, berries, fresh, easy to drink, nice!

0,25l from tap at Moeder Lambic shared by Beerhunter111, big thanks. Reddish berry hazy color, small pink head. Smells earthy, very musty, blue cheese, barnyard, fruits not noticeable. Nice smell. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of raspberries, raspberry juice, earthy, musty, barnyard, spices, peppery, grassy. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of raspberries, earthy and citric. Loved the taste, great balance, very good to drink

Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas.
Reddish, slightly pink, hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, pink head.
Aroma mainly of fresh sweet-earthy raspberries .
Taste is also with lots of fresh raspberries, horse blanket, moderate cheese, slight funk.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a low carbonation.
Finishes medium sweet, a bit dry, slightly sour, a bit funky, with lots of lingering raspberries.
Tasty. Quite simple, but very lovely, with beautiful raspberries everywhere. Drinks very easy, goes down like lemonade. Quaffable, straight Framboise.

Cask at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 11/06/18. Cherry Red pour toppes with a big frothy crimson cap of bubbles. Nose is raspberry jam, funk, acidic berry fruit mash, tarte berry compote. Taste comprises jammy berry pips, funky raspberries, damp hay, light barnyard flash, grape must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, good acidic rise at the curtain call and a big funky berry pressence. Solid.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, nice reddish color. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, sour raspberries, sorrel, berry skin, oak, mild vinegar, sour cherries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour raspberries, grass, oak, berry skin, hay, fruit stones, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Cask at Moeder Lambic. Bright red with a white foam. Fresh raspberries, red currant, cranberries. Quite tart. Almost still. Delicious.

Poured from jar at Quintessence. Hazy pink with no head. Super jammy and fruity raspberry. Moderately sweet. Pure tart raspberry juice. Lovely!
