(Keg at Stadin Panimobaari, 20160706) The beer poured deep brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had malts, caramel, wood and berries. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, sweetness, berries, tartness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, woody and bitter. A good sour brew.

Tap@ Stadin panimobaari. Poured dark brown color with a thin but lasting brown head. Ripe fruits, tartness, mild vinegary. Balanced sweetness, plummy notes. Raisins, tartness. Niice.

Draft. A dark Brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of berries, wood, and acetone. The flavor is sweet with notes of acetone, brettanomyces, wood, and berries, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle exploded at Kompaan, hit the barman and the ceiling. Sorry guys, celebrating Mrks 999th as a prep to the cognac BA vrijbuiter. Happy moment didn’t go as planned X-D. Nice dark sour, grapes, chalky, good palate, can’t really add more notes.

Bottle, 330 ml from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with JFK10000 and Miro.Pours dark brown with beige head. Roasted, chocolate, fruit, maybe some nuts. Complex. Very sour.

Gusher. Very over carbonated. Quite fruity with a prominence of fresh black cherries. Not as rich or flavoursome as expected considering its 10%.

Bottle from Taniguchi. Tart nose, cherry, vanilla, vinegar, chocolate and caramel. Cloudy black with a high, fine head. Tart flavor of chocolate, cherry, yogurt, grapes, vanilla. Very creamy and rich. Good stuff. Lively carbonation.
