A very dark brown, a head is very big and beige. Aroma has fruitness of cherries, lether and sourness. Taste has cherries, balanced sourness, some grapes. Medium bodied, strong carbonation that is lightnening the palate. Cherry beer with the balanced sourness.

Bottle. Gusher does not cover what this bottle did. It exploded, covering most of my kitchen with two thirds of the bottle in just a few seconds. After 15 minutes of mopping up cleaning down I get to the beer. Nose is vinegar, brown sugar, green apples. Taste is sherry, vinegar, metal, sour wood. It’s thin and not very good, I think this was a bad bottle.

Prvi Sour beer koji sam probao. Na početku pa skoro pa nepitko. Do kraja sam se još i kolko tolko privikao na kiseli okus. Vrijedi probati.

Bottled@NUETnigenough, Brussels. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is toffee, mild roasted notes as well as some slight sour wooden notes. Flavour is sour wood, mild alcohol, big time tartness along with some toffee and earthy notes. Nice, but a bit more out of balance than the Phi.

Bottle, at Haand Festival. It’s an unclear, brown beer topped by a dense, finger-thick dark beige head. Dried fruits, some caramel and a light alcohol touch in the aroma. Some balsamic vinegar hints too. It’s dry and full-bodied, with lots of carbonation, but still at a nice level. Dried fruits, balsamic vinegar, caramel and some alcohol warmth. Lasting finish with dried fruits, caramel and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Nice. 150530
