Shared bottle. Clear golden with long lasting white head and small champagne like bubbes rising to the top. Peppery, light sweet grains, honey, spices. Then going into light dry herbal notes with some grass. Overall quite some champagne like notes. Light sweet, bitter and sour all at once. Medium bodied with slight dry feel.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of barnyard and grassy yeast. Tastes a bit sour, like brett. Fresh notes of yeast and a mild pepper I think. Refreshing and easy going beer.

Draught @ [ Borefts After Festival 2014 ] @ Kaapse Brouwers, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Oersoep Petite Saison (Saison) ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, moderate yeasty, fruity - fruity citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart, citrus, fruity, herbs, brett, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140928]

[9/28/14] Draught sample at Borefts After Festival 2014 in Rotterdam. Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma of hops, flowers and spice. Dry-ish flavor with light sweetness, fruity esters, flowers and bitter hops. Medium-bodied.

Draft at Kaapse Post Borefts 2014. Pours clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of light Brett funk, citrus, fruity hops, earthy hops. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Tap at the Borefts After Festival 2014. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, zesty citrus. The flavour is acid sour mineral with an earthy mineral citrus palate and a lingering bitter finish. Light to moderate bodied with average carbonation.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. A bit hazy golden color, full sized a but soapy white head. Aroma is yeasty, quite fresh, lemongrass. Taste is fresh, slightly yeasty, lemongrass, nicely bitter. Quite lovely actually.
