This barleywine is a collaboration with our good friends from Kaapse Brouwers in Rotterdam. A malty, strong brew with notes of caramel, dried fruit, molasses and sherry. This beer is excellent for aging. Stick a few bottles in your cellar, keep them upright, dark and cool, and let it improve with the years. Best enjoyed between 14–16°C with a good vinyl record when the nights are long and the air is cold.

Bottle @ joes. Dark amber colour with a small off-white head. Smells slightly glue/alcohol, sweet, malts. Tastes sweetish, nothing crazy. Medium body, soft carbo.

Passende aroma av tørket frukt, men ellers litt anonym.

A bit unclear nutty/brownish color with a off white head. Decent intensity in the aroma without anything disturbing. Medium + body and a soft carbonation. A bit over to the sweet side. Dried fruits, nutty raisins, plum, malty, some yeast and some alcohol in the end.
