Deep purple colour with thin head. Aroma is intensely woody and fruity. Loads of farmyard funk too. Flavour starts out with gentle floral, perfumed, sweet blueberries. Then the funky astringency kicks in. It's intensely fruity. Lots of wood character too.

0,375l bottle at home. BB . redish brown color, small off-white head. smells funky, cheese, earthy, berry notes, jammy, blueberries, goose berries, very nice smell. medium body, very soft carbonation. tastes funky, cheesy, bit citric, some berry notes, earthy, light green apples, light horse radish. finishes fizzy, lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of berries, green apples and some earthy notes. nice one, carbonation is a bit too fizzy, also green apple and berry notes do not match that well, overall still nice one, but expected even a bit more.

37,5 cl bottle, vintage 2018-2019. Hazy red body, with medium pinkish head, disappearing. Funky aroma, horseblanket. Tart and dry, good acidity, but again the fruity notes are barely detactable after about only 2 years. It's a good lambic, but once again it proved that these fruity lambics must be drunken within 1 year to fully appreciate the fruitiness. Otherwise just take a lambic or a gueuze without fruits.
