(Bottle) Reddish amber colour, leaning towards purple. Slightly hazy. Foamy, brief head. Fruity nose with notes of blueberries, blackberries, citrus, barnyard and a slight vinegar touch. Fruity, tart taste with blueberries, blackberries, oak wood, citrus, barnyard, funk and a finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, mainly dry, but some berry sweetness is still around. Fresh and tart with a good blueberry character. Very nice.

A hazed rosey Gueuze with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, horseblanket, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, horseblanket, Epsom salts, very nice and rich.

750mL bottle, 18/19 season, shared by a previous part-owner of Himmeriget, at Himmeriget, 5/15/24. Clear, bright magenta-pink-cranberry. Small, pink head quickly to nothing. Bright blueberry in the nose is juicy, moderately acidic, but very well-expressed with the blueberry spice and seediness. Lambic still shines through with light funk, lots of playful brett and light-to-moderate lactic acidity. Juicy, bright, with just enough residual sugar to balance. Spicy, fruity, lots of brett and low-to-moderate lactic acidity with lingering piquant fruit and lambic character, and more lip-smacking acidity. Delightful stuff.

Bottle from Cheeseboard. Cheers eats. Aroma is vinous, with a hedgerow streak (including the branches). Opaque ruby red. Lively big fluffy white head. The flava does not tie in with the aroma. Tart berries and a vinous element. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Fruity (or whatever) and sour

Mittellanger Abgang. 10/9/11/11/10/11

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max's place. 2018-2019 bottle. Very deep purple. Lots of blueberries, funky barnyard, a bit medicinal, moderately sour, slightly lemony. Really good.
