Die Hirsch Hefe Weisse präsentiert sich mit sahnigem, feinporigem Schaum und satter, kräftiger Trübung. Leicht cremig und geschmeidig im Antrunk schmeckt sie angenehm nach Banane, aber auch nach Pfirsich, Aprikose und Ananas, abgerundet durch eine feine Zitrusnote. Ein fruchtiges Bier mit harmonischem, lang anhaltendem Abgang.

Kalea Advent Calendar. Typical sweet banana and cloves aroma. Xloudy pale gold. Frothy thick white head. At first just got a low key sweet taste with some hints of bitterness. Then citrus and cloves make themselves known. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carb. Astringent finish. A typical hefe, a style I like.

Pours hazy straw colour, topped with a smaller white foamy head. Sweaty wheat nose, bananas, slight spice. Sweet banana bread start, weird fruitiness and some bitterness. Spiciness in the finish. Medium body. Too weird, fruity sweet for my liking.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, honey and flowers. Pours hazy golden color with medium creamy white head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts sweet grainy, following is yeasty, floral, slightly peppery and with notes of bubblegum, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is light bitter. Light to medium body, creamy texture and soft to average carbonation in palate. A bit too sweet for my liking and not as refreshing as I prefer...

Bottle, thanks to Quack-Duck. Cloudy yellow-golden color with nice big white head. Aroma of banana and wheat. Taste, surprisingly little bit sour, but not bad, continues with banana, maybe notes of tangerine. Dry finish. Good.
