Die Hirsch Hefe Weisse präsentiert sich mit sahnigem, feinporigem Schaum und satter, kräftiger Trübung. Leicht cremig und geschmeidig im Antrunk schmeckt sie angenehm nach Banane, aber auch nach Pfirsich, Aprikose und Ananas, abgerundet durch eine feine Zitrusnote. Ein fruchtiges Bier mit harmonischem, lang anhaltendem Abgang.

Bottled 500ml. -from Fristo Getränkemarkt Freiburg. Hazy orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, wheat and banana in the nose. Sweet malty, yeasty, wheaty, light banana and some caramel with dry finish.

Thanks to Erzengel! Pours hazy golden with a frothy white head. Immediate aroma of bananas and spiced malt. Taste has pleasant banana, more light citrus zest and some cinnamon. Palate has cloves, nutmeg, lingering banana on the nose. Quite good, well balanced.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Nicolas. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Light to medium sweet flavour, pretty basic, some white sugar, wheat flakes. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation, sweet finish, wheaty notes, a little banana. Tasty but simple.
