Eine sehr sahnige und feinporige Schaumkrone sitzt auf unserer hellen, leicht hefetrüben Sport Weissen mit dem honigfarbenen Körper. Ausgeprägt frische Fruchtaromen erinnern an grünen Apfel und Grapefruit. Den spritzigen Charakter der schlanken Bierspezialität verstärken die feinen Karamellnoten sowie der eher trockene Abgang mit einer weichen Säure. Unser leichtes Hefeweißbier ist die perfekte Erfrischung nach sportlicher Betätigung. 40 Prozent weniger Alkohol und 40 Prozent weniger Kalorien als unsere klassische Schmankerl Weiße.

Bottle:Golden, hazy, big and creamy and stable off-white head; moderate citrussy-yeasty nose with a very faint clovey touch;mild sweet and very mild sourish flavour, very light bodied, almost watery; shorter sweetish wheaty finish with slight tartness in the aftertaste. Thin, as expected, but not too bad…

(bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty, wheat-malty and delicately grainy nose with a touch of banana and vanilla, also shy clovy notes. Moderately sweet flavour, quite watery body with a lively carbonation. Slim wheaty start, slightly fruity and mineralic with shades of drying hops tuning in from the middle part; slightly sweet and delicately bitter hoppy finish with restrained fruity notes. Style-wise not bad at all. 07.XI.15

Rating from 24.7.2008. Flach-hefiger, komisch alkoholreduzierter Antrunk. Der Hauptteil ist flach-brotig, leicht hefig und ziemlich penentrant alkoholreduziert. Im Nachgeschmack ähnliche Aromen. Schade. --> 7/11/7/7

Bottle. Light Clove nose. Cloudy yellow, low head. Lightbodied of course, sparkly mouthfeel. Light spicyness, a little bit banana, a hint hops, no annoying off-flavors. Actually quite pleasant to drink, wouldnt mind this one after sport at all.
