Hazy amber. Aroma is ripe banana some yeast spices deep caramel malt. Taste is malty sweet with some banana and a little dried fruit. Complex and intense malt while being somewhat easy going on the tongue. Nice!

Had this at Café Meets, Abensberg Saturday 15th August 2020 after a 43km cycle ride from home. Pours hazy deep gold/orange with a white head. Banana and clove on the nose (subtle) and more prominent in the mouth, nice light zippy carbonation, this is a very nice wheat beer.

500ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with small to average, frothy, off-white head. Wheaty and caramel malty aroma, hints of bread, candy fruit, a citrusy touch, some pear, herbal and minimally floral hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet wheat malty, slightly citrusy, dry hoppy overtones, decent yeasty touch; matching average carbonation. Not spectacular, no special, salient feature, but well-balanced and simply yummy.

Bottle looks simple but good. Great sentence on the backlabel "without lemon, without cranberry, without bullshit". Beer in the glass deep orange, fine creamy head. Starts strong, yeasty, not too dry. Wonderful fruity like sweet apricot. Finish fine fruity, modest sweet, very well balanced. A great hefeweizen!
