Mild süßer, angenehm herber Beginn. Süffig, ein wenig getreidig, eher einfach. Fehlerfrei, rund, unspannend. 9/8/9/8/8/9

Fürst Carl Pils, Flasche aus Mixpaket von Biertraum. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase leicht strohiges helles Malz und blasse, schwach zitronige Hopfung, kaum pilstypisch. - Antrunk fein hellmalzig mit zarter Vanillesüße und ein wenig Süßsauer. Milde zitronige Hopfung mit blassen Kräutern. Milder rezent, weich aber nicht schlank. Im Abgang blasse Herbe mit Zitronenschale, etwas adstringierend, leicht metallisch. - Fein hellmalzig aber viel zu mild gehopft, unterscheidet sich nur wenig von dem zuvor verkosteten Urhell. Selbst für ein süddeutsches Pilsener deutlich zu blaß, wiewohl rund und süffig. (28.3.2021.)

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Clear golden, rocky head. Distinct grassy, spicy nose. Dry with firm, crisp mouthfeel and medium body. Lots of grassy, floral hops over a crisp, bready malt backbone. Long, really bitter finish. Superb, really hoppy pils!

Clear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention, nice lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, hay, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, grass, bit metallic. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste sweetbitter, malty and iron notes, well-balanced, quaffable, nice.

4/IX/15 - 50cl bottle from a trade @ home - BB: X/2015 (2015-1158) Thanks to motelpogo for the trade!

Clear blond beer, creamy irregular fluffy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet, malty, bit sugary, almonds, hint of vanilla, some banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body, smooth soft texture. Taste: bit sweet, malty, some caramel, banana, soft bitterness, bit grassy. Aftertaste: fruity, bit malty, vanilla, soft bitterness, ripe banana, hay, grains, nice bitterness. Lovely beer.

*Old rating. Best before 05.04. Erstaunlich trockenes, süffig-florales Pils. Rund, würzig, feinherb im Nachgeschmack.

Klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner weißer Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.
