Flaska från SB. Vintage 2015/16. Gott!

2012 375mL bottle generously shared by AdamC on 7/7/17.
Clear, brassy-gold liquid is well-carbonated and supports a very small, white head for a few minutes.
Very fruity, with a strong mustiness, light acetic and big Brett notes following light oak. Maltier than usual, for a lambic, unsurprisingly with rich honey, biscuity wheat and balancing acidity on the finish. Other than the maltiness, this is pretty on par with regular Tilquin lambic. Here with a bit of age on it, the mustiness and light cheese is more prominent, and the beer has softened a bit with light apple and grape in place of the more aggressive lactic and/or acetic character that you get when fresh. No alcohol noted.
Malty and soft with tight, moderate carbonation and indeed a bit more malt forward than usual. Musty, cellar qualities with horseblanket from the Brett and other acids. Comes together nicely with light white grape and apple on the finish. Biscuit and hay-like grains provide rustic appeal, as well, and there is no alcohol or flaw. Fruity Brett and moderate lactic acid linger on with just a hint of oak.

Excellent stuff. Superior like a lakeside 12 hour drive across Ontario. Golden amber pour with decent head. Grapefruit and rich tangerine. Wonderful character. Bottle pour at Sovereign.

375 ml shared by AdamChandler, dude, much thanks! Vintage is 2012 (only vintage) slightly hazy golden color, it did clear up a bit after a slow pour. lighter carbonation. Subtle oaky character, no diaper at all which was a surprise for me. Has the gueuze yeasty funk. Mildly sweet taste, and a bone dry finish. Good level of tartness, really not as sour as I was guessing. Quite good actually.
