Bottled, 0.33l. Clear golden color with large frothy white head and lively bubbles. Aroma of herbal hops, grass, grains and barley malt. Taste starts with average sweet maltiness, then followed fresh grainy and somewhat chalky. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry, aftertaste is strong bitter. Bouteille. De couleur jaune et claire. Nez de grains de malt pâle sucrés avec des notes de houblon herbeux (foin) et quelques traces de miel. Mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux faibles notes huileuses. Goût de grains de malt pâle sucrés lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute de faibles traces de maïs sucré puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes amères de houblon herbeux (foin). Post-goût court-moyen, aux notes amères de houblon herbeux.

On tap at a beach in Nice. Pale golden body with a fast disappearing white head. Not much aroma, slightly grainy like sweet grain/cereals. Flavor has some of the same weak sweet grain and not much more. Brewing cereals? Not much bitterness either. No disfavors, just so little of it. High carbonation and thin body, short aftertaste. OK as a thirst quencher at the beach, but not useable to much more.

Originally rated October 2005. Purchased in a Richelieu store in Quebec City. Pours a golden colour with touches of orange. The head is foamy and medium, and leaves nice wavy lace. Smells like a grainy pils. Very refreshing mouthfeel that is half dry, half crisp. Smooth start and then gets bitter and bitter, very lightly though. Nothing crazy, but great thirst quenching German Pilsner.

Canned. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet malts, hops and quite much metallic hints. Flavour is sweet malts, cardboard, saltwater along with some grassy hops and notes of mild metallicness. A very basic "bulkbrew".
