330ml Dose. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein rötlichbraunes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, metallisch, muffig. Geschmack wässrig, leicht röstmalzig, nussig.

Can, 355 ml, best before 20100724, from and with Luc Bourbonnière; eye: mahogany, clear, tiny ring of beige head, light lacing; nose: roasted barley, sugar; mouth: malt, roasted barley unfortunately quickly replace by a wave of caramel, finale in caramel, light body, not much carbonation, rather sweet, sticky texture; overall: too sweet FRANÇAIS Canette, 355 ml, meilleure avant 20100724, de et avec Luc Bourbonnière; œil : acajou, limpide, petit anneau de mousse beige, légère dentelle; nez : malt, orge torréfiée, sucre; bouche : malt, orge torréfiée malheureusement rapidement remplacée par une vague de caramel, finale en caramel, corps léger, peu carbonatée, plutôt sucrée, texture collante; en résumé : trop sucré

A clear reddish brown lager with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel and chocolate with metallic notes. In mouth, a sweet roasted malt with rather sweet cloying aftertaste, unpleasant, could be worse. Tasted mid June 2012.

[Bottled] Nut brown, brief head. Honeyish and lightly roasty with notes of raspberries. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. Not very firm. Near no bitterness. In possession of a fair bit of character.
