[as Koblenzer Brau Weissbier] Bottiglia.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of wheat, dust, grass, flowers and banana. Pours cloudy amber color with thick creamy off-white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy and citrusy, following is yeasty, faint fruity and mild phenolic, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. So-so…

Bottle from Prix Pale color, hazy, white head, fair persistence. Flavor of light weizen malts, lemon, yeast. Taste is sourish. Thin body, sour-dry finish. Feels cheap, unrefined. Not a disaster, sessionable indeed but nothing that stands out.
