Bottle 2012. Hazy golden brown, low head. Roast, wooden and and fermented fruit, figs, dry minerally, funky yeast notes, fairly smoked, a hint butter caramel, honey, good smoke which stays into the aftertaste, a hint bubblegum. Chewy mellow, dry. rich sweet aftertaste interesting.

Dunkelbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr röstmalzig, überreife Früchte, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack nach sehr reifen Früchten, röstmalzig, Karamell, alkoholisch.

Karamellig malziger Antrunk, alkoholisch süß. Die Süße bleibt bestehen, hell malzig, rund, etwas unvergoren wirkend. 11/8/9/9/7//7
