Bottle at Bräustüberl Taufkirchen, Taufkirchen, Bayern, Friday 12th November 2021. Pours hazy yellowy colour with a large white head, really bananay, soft mouthfeel, nice carbonation, lots of banana in the mouth. Let's not beat about the bush this is very good.

Sehr saurer Schaum, dafür sehr frisch-fruchtiger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist säuerlich, wie der Geruch, wird aber schnell zum Hauptteil hin mild-hefig. Schöne Citrusaromen mit frischer Hefenote. Der Nachgeschmack ist mild-hefig-weich, dabei aber doch relativ säuerlich. Auf der Zunge verbleibt eine süßlich-säuerliche mild-hefige Note.

Bottle looks good, but I dont like that twist-off cap. In the glass a bit darker than exspected, zippy, nice head. Starts malty-yeasty, almost like a dark hefeweizen. Fruity notes of apricot, also a bit nutty. Well balanced finish, very drinkable. Good!

(screw cap bottle) Cloudy, murky orange to amber colour with an off-white frothy head. Slightly dusty and moderately sweet wheaty and cara-malty aroma with distinctive notes of banana and mild clovy spice. Moderately sweet flavour with a light touch of acidity, light to medium bodied with a slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Present wheat-character with notes of cara-malt, banana and spicy notes of cloves and pepper; slim and slightly fizzy finish. 02.XII.09

Schraubverschlußflasche von Jonas: Cloudy, deep golden to orangey, big fluffy yellowish head, slowly collapsing; moderate citrussy clovey nose, wheat and yeast in the background; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.2%, a bit fizzy, too; cloves, bananas and lemons in the tart and sourish finish.
