Large bottle from Guerde! - thanks for the Surly! Pours orange gold with a slight white head. Aroma shifts - honey, then melon, then ... Full bodied. burns in the gullet but not so much in the mouth. It’s a little tallboyish in flavor, but a lot better than macro malt liquor! Not much hop. Finishes a lot less than dry. Interesting.

750ml bottle pours a hazy orange amber with some clumpy, white head. Nose is weird, oddly sweet, honeysuckle, malt, orange, raw wood, some white corn whiskey. Flavor is like white corn whiskey, malt, some tropical fruit, pressure treated pine. Full, hot finish. Tastes like barrel aged Olde English.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours golden with a goldenish white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sweet with bread, cookies, alcohol, tropical fruits and hints of solvent. Taste is sweet, bitter and fruity with bread, caramel, wood, crackers, alcohol, pine needles, resin and tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is round, tart and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with bread, alcohol, dried fruits, wood and caramel.

freakin’ nice bottle. obtained in a trade, i’m so sory but i frogot from who . shoot me a message, mister x, till than, i’ll just thank mr X ! pours clear blonde, small white foam . smell is fruity, intense, oaky ( very intense oaky ) , sour taste is more-or-less the same. intence oak, fruits, sourness, bitter, a bit like candy in the fruity speectrum. very intresting, but taste-wise i would say its the best beer. at all !

Woodshed 2.0. Bottle share courtesy of cbkschubert. It pours with a clear deep gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma is full of sweet fruity esters like pears and apples covered with honey. Rather sweet and estery smelling and not much else. The taste is pretty rich but duplicates what is being picked up by the nose. I get a sweet mix of pears and apples and some sugary sweetness that leans toward honey. Toward the finish a bit of fruit tartness is noticed at the edge of the flavor experience.
