Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Dry malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, metallical notes. Dry bitter background. Could be more balanced. Not my favourite.

"Hetzelsdorfer Bier - Leicht", Flasche, 12.10.2025. - Kupfergold, klar. - In der Nase leicht ruppige krautige und herbale Hopfung über leise karamelligem Malz. - Antrunk dünn und blaß säuerlich toastmalzig mit solider aber leicht schroffer herbaler Hopfung. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank. Im Abgang zart metallisch. - Ein leichtes Frankenlager (also nicht Pils oder Helles) ist immerhin eine Seltenheit; leider ist dieses bestenfalls durchschnittlich ausgefallen.

Amber pour with a small white head. Aroma of malt/grain, biscuits, a hint for fruit. Taste is grain, sweet bread, some herbs for a slightly bitter finish. OK overall.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Grainy and herbal aroma. Taste is moderate bitter the whole way through. Milder at the end, with the mildly watery texture subduing the herbal bitterness. Faint lingering caramel. Simple. Refreshing. Good low alcohol alternative.

Fläschla: Deep golden, clear, medium-sized loose off-white head, mild mineralic-rutal nose, molecular traces of rye-bresd and (burnt) toasted malt undernesth, shy herbal hops as well;; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, not too watery; shorter bready and mildly bitter finish. Drinkable, no glory indeed…

Überaus wässriger Beginn. Leicht getreidig, Cornflakes, die Bitterkeit ist im wässrigen Gesamteindruck noch erkennbar. Kein Hopfen, kein Malz, kurzer Abgang. Schlecht. 8/4/6/4/9/4
