Bottle on the train during the Bamberg Jolly - January 2014. Pours cloudy gold with a sturdy, white froth crown. Rich wheat bread in this one, with some notes of ripening banana as well. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet on the finish, with moderate yeast notes, more hearty wheat bread. A rather nice low-ABV wheat offering.

Bottle @ the Keller in Buttenheim. Hazy light golden orange appearance with an off white head. Chewy, a bit spicy, zesty, bready aroma. Somewhat citrusy, lightly tart, bready, light flavor. Actually not that bad for a lower alcohol weissbier.
